How do I pay to use LandShark

LandShark is currently available by subscription or on a single-use basis, entering credit card information each time that you log into LandShark.

Subscribers are required to set up an escrow account from which the monthly subscription fee of $50 will automatically be drawn each month. In addition, there is a charge per page viewed of $.50. A one-time set-up fee of $50 and the completed Enhanced Remote Access Agreement form are required at the time a LandShark subscription is created.

Credit card users can log into LandShark using the same user/password information from one session to the next, but will be required to enter their credit card information each time they view their first document in a session. Each session will have an access fee of $7 (includes a $2 convenience fee), and each page viewed is $.50.

This application is intended for use by human users only. No automated downloading of information is permitted... this is in strict violation of the User Agreement.

To add funds to your escrow via credit card you must be an administrator on your account and you must have an active account to add funds. The button to "Add Funds" is right above the "Log Out" button and below your Available Funds Balance. *** Effective Jan 3, 2022, the convenience fee for adding funds to your escrow is $10. *** Any additional fees over $10 may be taken from your escrow to cover our cost to the credit card servicer.

To search LandShark on a one-time use basis and pay by credit card: Register as a new user by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page, and use that same user each time you access Isanti County's LandShark. Once you choose to view a document, you will be prompted to put in credit card information for payment. We DO NOT store credit card information, so you will need to enter your credit card each time you sign on. The single-use access fee is $7 (which includes a $2 convenience fee for the credit card). Each page that you view will incur a $.50 charge. When you log out, YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO VIEW A STATEMENT, which you can print out.

Landshark is available through paid subscriptions of $50 per month and $.50 for each page viewed. In addition, there is a one-time set-up fee of $50. Please contact the Isanti County Recorder's Office at 763-689-1191 for additional information on setting up an escrow account.
